These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sampaiostudio.com and all services, tools, and outputs made available through it (collectively, "the Services"). Outputs generated through tools made available in our Releases section — including reports, analyses, and structured data — are provided for your personal or professional use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense outputs, or use them as the basis for professional advice or services provided to third parties. You retain ownership of the information you submit. We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymised data derived from submissions to improve our tools, provided no personally identifiable information is included.
If you submit content to us through this site or any communication channel, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights. We will use submitted content only to deliver the service requested and as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any formal engagement for consultancy services will be governed by a separate written agreement between the parties. These Terms do not create any contractual obligation to provide services.
Any discovery calls or consultations arranged through this site are treated as confidential by Sampaio Studio. Formal confidentiality obligations may be subject to a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement agreed in advance.
Outputs generated by tools made available in our Releases section are analytical and informational in nature. They are produced using AI-assisted processing, proprietary analytical methodologies developed by Sampaio Studio, and available data. The structure, logic, and quality controls embedded in each tool reflect the professional knowledge and expertise of their author.
We have designed our tools with structured pipelines, validation steps, and quality controls intended to produce consistent and reliable outputs. However, as with any analytical process, outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. We periodically review outputs to maintain quality standards, but we cannot guarantee that every output will be free from error. All reliance on tool outputs is at your sole risk.
Outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including financial, legal, planning, or investment advice — and must not be relied upon as such. You should seek independent professional advice before making any significant decision on the basis of a tool output.

Individual tools may have geographic, technical, or scope limitations, as stated on their respective product pages. We reserve the right to decline or defer requests that fall outside a tool's current capabilities. Where a request is declined before processing begins, any applicable charge will not be applied.
Delivery timelines stated on product pages are targets, not guarantees. We will communicate promptly if a significant delay is anticipated. We cannot be held to stated delivery timelines where delays are caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages affecting third-party infrastructure providers, internet service disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Some tools or output tiers may be made available free of charge, including during beta periods. Paid tools and tiers are charged at the rates stated on the relevant product page at the time of request. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, currently Stripe. Sampaio Studio does not store or have access to your payment card details. By completing a payment, you agree to the payment provider's terms and conditions.
Refunds are not provided for completed outputs on the basis of disagreement with the analysis, as outputs reflect the information and data available at the time of generation. Any requests for refunds will be assessed at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
This site may contain links to third-party websites or tools for reference. These links do not constitute endorsement by Sampaio Studio. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the terms and policies of any third-party site you visit.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sampaio Studio expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sampaio Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services — including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sampaio Studio in connection with the specific service giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Portugal.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.
